Golfsmith is a new store going in the Lutherville Station Shopping Center where the old Borders Bookstore used to be.

Golfsmith Timonium Store

Golfsmith is a golf store, which, according to their website, “is the world’s largest golf superstore for golf clubs, golf equipment, golf accessories, golf gear, golf clothing and apparel.”

I will tell you, this made my son VERY excited, as he is an avid golfer (and has been for a few years now), and likes to play with new equipment, practice his putting, and get new gear.

I’ve tweeted to the company to ask when the Lutherville store is scheduled to open, but I haven’t heard back yet. As soon as I know when the opening is planned, I will update!

I am glad to see something coming in so quickly to the Borders space in Lutherville Station.

Once they open, I am sure I will see you at the Golfsmith store in Timonium!
