Hunt Valley home sales in February 2018 were down from last February.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in February was $3,952,650, down 11.41% from the $4,461,774 volume we saw in February 2017. It is also down from the $6,687,000 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales January 2018.

The average sales price was up from February of last year, up 12.75% to $359,332 from $318,698.

Eleven Hunt Valley homes sold in February, three less than last February.

It took an average of 121 days for those 11 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, 33 less days than last year at this time. One Cockeysville home sold in less than 10 days on the market, and an additional two in 11-20 days.

There were a total of 43 homes for sale in 21030 in February. Twenty-two homes came on the market last month, while 23 went under contract.
