Hunt Valley home sales in January 2013 were about equal to the same time last year.

The total volume of Cockeysville homes that sold in January was $3,484,900, up slightly from the $3,299,500 that sold in January 2012.

Down slightly was the average sold price, down 6.12% to $387,211. This is also down from 21030 Home Sales December 2012.

Nine homes sold in January, and it took 111 days, on average, for a home in the 21030 zip code to go under contract. One home sold in less than 10 days, while a second sold in less than 20,  and an additional 3 in less than 30 days.

Eighteen houses received acceptable contracts in January, and nineteen Cockeysville homes came on the market.  There were a total of 50 Hunt Valley homes for sale by the end of January.
