Hunt Valley home sales in July 2016 were up in a really big way from last July!

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in July was $15,214,843, up 98.81% from the volume of $7,653,050 we saw in July 2015. This is also up from the volume of $13,191,473 we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales June 2016, which was a rise from May as well.

The average sales price was also up, to $633,952 from $347,866 last July. (I will note that four homes between $1-2.5Million sold last month!)

Twenty-four Hunt Valley homes sold in July, two more than last July.

It took an average of 70 days for those 24 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, 11 less days, on average, than the same time last year for homes in Hunt Valley to sell. Six homes sold within the first 10 days on the market, two more within 30 days, and seven more in less than two months.

There were a total of 100 homes for sale in 21030 in July. Thirty homes came on the market last month, while 24 went under contract.
