Hunt Valley home sales in June 2013 were down from the same point last year.
The total volume of Cockeysville homes that sold in June was $6,205,925, which is down 19.5% from the $7,708,750 that sold in June 2012. This is a continuation of the drop that we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales May 2013.
Also down was the average sold price, down 14.76% to $365,054, another big drop from May, as well as from last June.
Seventeen Hunt Valley homes sold in June, down from 18 last year. It took an average of 68 days for a 21030 home to receive an acceptable contract, which is up 8 days from the same point last year. Ten homes sold in less than a month.
Seventeen Hunt Valley homes also went under contract in June, while 33 homes came on the market. There were a total of 79 Hunt Valley homes for sale by the end of June 2013.
