Hunt Valley home sales in June 2018 were down from last June.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in June was $11,754,050, down 14.24% from the $13,705,750 volume we saw in June 2017. It is up, though from the $8,781,500 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales May 2018.
The average sales price was up slightly from June of last year, up 6.34% to $470,162 from $442,121.
Twenty-five Hunt Valley homes sold in June, six less than last June.
It took an average of 41 days for those 25 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, fifteen less days than last year at this time. One Hunt Valley home sold before it came on the market. Eleven Cockeysville homes sold in less than 10 days on the market, three more in 11-20 days, and an additional five in 21-30 days.
There were a total of 58 homes for sale in 21030 in June. Thirty-seven homes came on the market last month, while 31 went under contract.
