Hunt Valley home sales in March 2015 were up from last March.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in March was $7,261,700, up 9.41% from the $6,637,400 we saw in March 2014. This is also up from the $6,767,301 we saw in Hunt Valley home sales February 2015.

The average sales price was also up 9.41% to $453,856 from $414,838 a year ago.

Sixteen Hunt Valley homes sold in March, same as last March.

It took an average of 130 days for those 16 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, which is a huge jump from last year, where the average was only 36 days. One home went under contract before it came on the market, and another two in less than 20 days.

There were a total of 64 homes for sale in 21030 in March. Twenty-three homes came on the market last month, while 17 went under contract.
