Hunt Valley home sales in March 2017 were up from last March.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in March was $9,639,100, up 15.38% from the $8,354,300 volume we saw in March 2016.

It is also up from the $4,461,774 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales February 2017.

The average sales price was slightly down — -6.6% to $459,005 from $491,429 last March.

Twenty-one Hunt Valley homes sold in March, four more than last March, where 17 homes changed hands.

It took an average of 124 days for those 21 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, six less days on average than the same time last year. One home sold before it came on the market, four more sold in less than 10 days on the market, and two more within 30 days.

There were a total of 68 homes for sale in 21030 in March. Forty-seven homes came on the market last month, while 29 went under contract.
