Hunt Valley home sales in May 2017 were up from last May.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in May was $13,483,549, up 24.10% from the $10,857,455 volume we saw in May 2016.

It is continuation of the rise in sales over last year, like the $9,455,900 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales April 2017.

The average sales price was also slightly up over May, +2.9% to $385,244 from $374,395 last year in this month.

Thirty-five Hunt Valley homes sold in May, six more than last May.

It took an average of 51 days for those 35 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, an average of two weeks less than the same time last year. Thirteen Cockeysville homes sold in less than 10 days on the market, two more within 20 days, and an additional four in less than a month.

There were a total of 75 homes for sale in 21030 in May. Thirty-seven homes came on the market last month, while 25 went under contract.
