The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold was $12,732,300, which is up 213.29% over last November! WOW!!!! It is up from the $9,897,800 last month in Hunt Valley Home Sales October 2013, which had been a HUGE jump from last year as well!
Also up? Average sold price, up 36.22% to $553,578.
Twenty-three Hunt Valley homes sold, 130% more than last November, where only 10 homes sold.
It took an average of 87 days for a Hunt Valley home to go under contract, which is down from the 138 days it took at the same point last year.
Twenty homes in Hunt Valley went under contract in November, while last year only 12 did.
Twelve Cockeysville houses came on the market.
There were a total of 62 homes in Hunt Valley for sale by the end of November.
