Hunt Valley home sales in October 2013 were up in a HUGE way over the same point last year.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold was $9,897,800. This is up 195.99% over last October! This is also WAY up from the $4,538,800 that we saw settle in Cockeysville Home Sales September 2013.
Average sold price was up 47.99% to $494,890!
Twenty Hunt Valley homes sold, 100% more than last year, where only 10 homes changed hands.
It took an average of 106 days for a home in 21030 to receive an acceptable contract, which is up from last month, but down from the same period last year.
Nineteen Hunt Valley homes went under contract in October (only 8 did in October 2012!) Twenty houses entered the Cockeysville real estate market. There were a total of 73 homes in Hunt Valley for sale by the end of October.
