Hunt Valley home sales in September 2016 dropped tremendously from the same time last year.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in September was $4,944,300, a 55.36% drop from the $11,075,400 that sold in September 2015. This a continued drop from the volume of $7,893,255 we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales August 2016, which was a big decrease from the $15,214,843 we saw sell in Hunt Valley Home Sales July 2016.

The average sales price was also down, to $412,025 from $461,475 in September 2015.

Twelve Hunt Valley homes sold in September, half as many as the same time last year.

It took an average of 60 days for those 12 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, 22 less days, on average, than the same time last year for homes in Hunt Valley to sell. One home sold before it came on the market, another within the first 10 days on the market, and five more in less than two months.

There were a total of 104 homes for sale in 21030 in September. Forty-one homes came on the market last month, while 21 went under contract.
