Light City Baltimore is coming back Baltimore in 2018!

Light City has expanded to three weekends in April – Neighborhood Lights 4/6-8, the Light City Art and Music Festival 4/14-21, and the Labs@LightCity Social Innovation Conference 4/18-21.

The main focus, like last year, is the 1.5 mile long light installation in Downtown Baltimore with 21 light installation shows or sculptures.

Also returning this year is the Neighborhood Lights, which focuses illuminated art based on a neighborhood, and that piece will be on display in that neighborhood. They will be in Hampden, Hamilton/Lauraville, Coldstream, Little Italy, Greater Mondawmin, Sandtown-Winchester, Station North, and Waverly.

Here are more details in a Baltimore.org post about the festival, and the website for the event.

Light City Baltimore was such a neat experience for many the last two years, and I hope that this year is just as successful! Come to Downtown Baltimore to enjoy this unique event!
