I am excited to introduce my mortgage partner, Tasha Linton, of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

With all of the news of foreclosures, short sales, and big banks closing their doors, it is no wonder that many people are worried about their mortgages, their savings, and their investments.

Which is why it is very important to have a relationship with a lender who you know you can trust, and whose focus is on clients, not themselves.

This is why I asked Tasha, Senior Loan officer at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, to partner with me to create the most comprehensive team of professionals to serve your needs. Tasha has been in sales since 1990, joining the home mortgage industry four years ago. She recently moved from her company of four years to Wells Fargo because of the integrity, great programs, and incredible systems in place to make the mortgage process go as smoothly as possible.

Tasha  is the Immediate Past President of the Greater Baltimore Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors (R) and the current treasurer of the State Chapter, on the Board of Directors at the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors (R), an active volunteer at the Chesapeake Habitat for Humanity, and involved with the GBBR Charitable Foundation.

Her motto: “Dedicated to Superior Service with Value, Quality, and Ease” describes her perfectly.

With her office located in Lutherville and her willingness to travel, she is very accessible and a top notch professional.

Tasha will be giving me timely information to update you on the new & current lending updates, exciting programs, and additional insight in this rollercoaster of an economy.
