Mother’s Day Baltimore 2017 is May 14. There are many ideas to celebrate moms in Baltimore!

On Saturday, May 13, take Mom to visit the Cylburn Arboretum, for its 49th Annual Market Day from 8am-2pm. There are plants & flowers for purchase, as well as activities, seminars, and you can enjoy the beauty that is the Arboretum. This event is FREE, but parking is $10. Visit their site for more details.

Boordy Vineyards offers a Mother’s Day Picnic on Saturday and Sunday, but Sunday is sold out! Saturday still has tickets as of right now. The event is from 1-5pm each day. Visit Boordy’s event page for more information. (You may want to consider booking Father’s Day now, if this is an event that interests you!)

On Mother’s Day, the Baltimore Farmers’ Market is open from 7am-12noon for flowers, vegetables, baked goods, coffee, and more.

Spirit Cruises has multiple Mother’s Day Brunch cruises as well as an early and later dinner cruise. Take Mom out to enjoy the views from the inner harbor, and have some tasty food as well! Visit their website for prices, details and reservations.

Mother’s Day Brunch is always appreciated by Mom. There are a number of places that are offering special Mother’s Day Brunches, but you will need reservations — and some places may be sold out! There are 86 places listed in Baltimore and Baltimore suburbs with Open Table that are having special brunches or menus for the day. In Baltimore County, Towson Mother’s Day menus are at  Cafe Troia and Towson Tavern. In Hunt Valley, The Oregon Grille, Pappas, and Fazzini’s Taverna in Cockeysville have special brunches on OpenTable, while there are a number of others across the county, and a large number in the city.

Happy Mother’s Day to my Mom readers!
