The Shops at Kenilworth in Towson announced three new stores as part of their huge renovation.

Joining the Trader Joe’s that was announced in late 2015 will be:

Quiet Storm, which is a large surf shop with current locations in Rehoboth Beach, DE, Ocean City, MD and Fenwick Island, DE. It will be a large space, 3,595 square feet, and will be on the lower level.

ZenLife, which will occupy another big space, 2,680 square feet.

Amaryllis, in a 750 sq ft space on the first floor.

All three of these Maryland-based stores plan to open in the first quarter of 2017, according to an announcement from the shopping center.

As noted before in my post about the Kenilworth makeover, The Shops at Kenilworth is undergoing a $20 Million renovation, in which the plan is to reduce the current space by about 8,000 square feet, while adding a 20,000-square-foot, three-level “marketplace” with a wine bar, multiple eateries, and a rooftop garden.
