Timonium home sales in August 2012 were down a significant amount from August 2011.

$14,366,300 total volume sold in 21093, down 31.48% from last August, where a high of $20,966,275 sold. The average sold price was also down, but just a slight 6.41% to $350,398. The volume of homes may be down from last August, and it is down from 21093 home sales July 2012 as well, where $16,931,699 sold.

Forty-one homes sold in August, down from 56 last August. It took an average of 52 days for a 21093 home to go under contract, which is ten less days than the same time last year.
