Towson 21204 home sales in February were up very slightly from February 2016.

The total volume of Towson homes that sold in February 2017 was $3,598,833, up 2.91% from the volume of $3,497,000 we saw last February. It is also up from the volume of $2,350,900 that we saw in Towson 21204 Home Sales January 2017.

Eleven homes in 21204 sold in February, two more than last year at the same time. The average sales price for the 11 homes that settled was $327,167, a decrease of 15.80% from the $388,556 average in February 2016.

The average days it took those 11 homes in 21204 to sell was 145. That is many more days from the average of 25 days it took last year at the same time! Two of the 11 homes sold took over a year to sell, bringing that average up by a large amount. Two others took between four and six months to sell. Four homes, though, sold within the first 10 days on the market!
