The Towson 21286 zip code saw another increase in home sales in October 2012, when compared to October of last year.
Home sales in 21286 for October totaled $3,759,900 which is up 12.07% from the same point in 2011. The average sales price was up slightly to $313,325 from $305,009 last October, but that number is up from last month!

An interesting anomaly, and I am not sure what to make of it, all 12 homes that sold used Conventional financing. No cash deals, no VA, no FHA. Interesting, and I’d love to know why.
