Towson Row is a new development announced on June 19, 2013.
It is slated to begin development in 2015.
According to the news release by Baltimore County, Towson Row will have:
“About 200,000 square feet of Class A office space
350 luxury high rise apartments and condominiums
Over 1,000 garage parking spaces
200 limited service and extended stay hotel rooms
300 quality student housing units
Over 100,000 square feet of retail, shops, restaurants and an upscale grocery store”
Caves Valley Partners is the group behind the $300 Million development. Caves Valley Partners is a team of Baltimore County-based developers who recently completed the Towson City Center, which was the old Investment Building, and was completely redone and is now fully leased.
Towson Row will be built on five acres at York Road, Towsontown Boulevard, and Chesapeake and Susquehanna Avenues. The buildings will total one million square feet.
Exciting plans in the works for Towson. I look forward to seeing how the new developments grow Downtown Towson!Tags: Downtown Towson, Towson, Towson development, Towson Row
