Towson Square announced three new restaurants that will be going in to the development that should open Fall 2014.

Towson Square was originally known as Towson Circle III, and recently changed names and focus. There is due to be a Cinemark Movie Theatre, shops, and multiple eateries. The development publicized these additions and shared them with the media, including the Baltimore Business Journal (article), in mid-January.

The three restaurants that have announced their intent to open in Towson Square are: On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, which is a Mexican food chain.  The second is Nando’s Peri-Peri, which is a Portuguese chicken place with eateries throughout Virginia, DC, and Maryland. The third restaurant is La Tagliatella, which has two other locations – one in DC and the other in Atlanta. They call themselves a European-based Italian Restaurant and that portions are made for sharing.

These sound like three interesting additions to the Towson restaurant scene. I look forward to hearing more about the five other restaurants and all of the stores going into Towson Square!
