Baltimore Crossroads at White Marsh is planned to be a very large mixed-use community, including about 1,700 homes!

Baltimore Crossroads is located at Route 43 at Crossroads Circle, near White Marsh in the 21220 zip code. (Here is a link to the google map of the area.)

The community will be called Greenleigh at Crossroads, according to a website about the project.

According to the developers, they expect to break ground in the fourth quarter of 2014.

The Baltimore Crossroads homes will be a mixture of townhouses, condos, apartments, and single family homes. The residential site is situated on about 200 acres of the 1,000 acre Baltimore Crossroads development.

The Arbors at Baltimore Crossroads luxury apartment complex has  been built and is already 96% leased.

There is a plan for a five-acre park, 500,000 sq ft in office space and 100,000 sq ft of shops and eateries.

The residential developer is Elm Street Development, which has a location right in Ellicott City. St. John Properties in Baltimore owns the site and will do the additional commercial development.

This sounds like a very exciting development for Baltimore County!
