Hunt Valley home sales in March 2018 were down from last March.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in March was $7,376,027, down 23.48% from the $9,639,100 volume we saw in March 2017. It is also up from the $3,952,650 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales February 2018.
The average sales price was down from March of last year, down 30.13% to $320,697 from $459,005.
Twenty-three Hunt Valley homes sold in March, two less than last March.
It took an average of 36 days for those 23 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, 88 less days than last year at this time. One Cockeysville home sold before it came on the market, 11 more in less than 10 days on the market, and an additional two in 21-30 days.
There were a total of 45 homes for sale in 21030 in March. Thirty-nine homes came on the market last month, while 34 went under contract.
