Hunt Valley home sales in January 2023 were down from January 2022.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in January 2023 was $3,284,550, down 66.94% from the $9,934,650 volume we saw in January 2022. It was also down from the  $13,101,800 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales November 2022.

The average sales price was $397,362, down 25.19% from the average of $531,147 in January 2022.

Only eight Hunt Valley homes sold in January, ten less homes than last January.

The average days for those Hunt Valley homes to sell was 25, three more days than this time last year.

Two Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, two more in 11-20 days, and another one in 21-30 days.

There were a total of thirty homes for sale in 21030 at the end of January. Twenty-four homes came on the market last month, while 18 went under contract.
