The five highest home sales in Baltimore City in 2020, according to Bright, our local multiple listing system, were:

1. 3908 N Charles St #1300, Baltimore, MD 21218. $3,400,000. This is a large condo in The Warrington in Guilford with 4,305 square feet. It is a two-story penthouse with an elevator, large floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that create an open space to the outside. This home has two bedrooms, two full, and one half bath. Listed by Krauss Real Property Brokerage and sold by Cummings & Co. Realtors.

2. 300 International Dr #2202, Baltimore, MD 21202. $3,300,000. This is a condo in the Four Seasons Private Residences in Downtown Baltimore with 2,896 square feet. This waterfront home has two bedrooms and two full baths. It was listed and sold by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.

3. 300 International Dr #2102, Baltimore, MD 21202. $2,995,000. This Four Seasons Residences home on the 21st floor has three bedrooms and three full baths in 2,842 square feet with views of the Inner Harbor and the city. It was listed by Long & Foster Real Estate Inc, and was sold by Samson Properties.
