The five highest home sales in Baltimore City in 2023, according to Bright, our local multiple listing system, were:

1. 21 Blythewood Rd, Baltimore, MD 21210. $3,600,000. This beautiful home has 9,000 square feet above grade on approximately 2 acres with an in-ground pool, tennis court, and large koi pond. This home has five bedrooms, five full baths and two half baths. It was listed and sold by Hubble Bisbee Christie’s International Real Estate.

2. 1200 Steuart St #2312, Baltimore, MD 21230. $3,400,000. This is a condo in Silo Point Condominium with 5,426 square feet. This home has three bedrooms, three full, and one half bath. It was listed and sold by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.

3.  15 Charlcote Pl, Baltimore, MD 21218 $3,000,000. This spectacular home in Guilford is on the National Register of Historic Places. It has 12,861 square feet of living space above grade. It has five bedrooms, five full and three half baths. It was listed by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Krauss Real Property Brokerage.

4.  300 International Dr #2401, Baltimore, MD 21202. $2,850,000. This is a condo in the Four Seasons Private Residences in Downtown Baltimore with 2,208 square feet. This waterfront home has two bedrooms and two full baths, and one half bath. It was listed and sold by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.

5. 1 Whitfield Rd, Baltimore, MD 21210. $2,850,000. This Guilford home has six bedrooms, four full baths and two half baths with 5,730 square feet above grade. It was listed by Krauss Real Property Brokerage and sold by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.
