Baltimore City’s most expensive home sales in 2025 were a combination of stately Guilford and Homeland homes mixed with Inner Harbor condos, with the most expensive Baltimore home sale found in the Guilford neighborhood.

The five highest home sales in Baltimore City in 2025, according to Bright, our local multiple listing system, were:

1.  204 E Highfield Rd, Baltimore, MD 21218. $3,200,000. This Sherwood Mansion in Guilford has 7,665 square feet above grade, six bedrooms, six full and one half bath. This condo has three bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath on 1.47 acre in Baltimore City. It was not listed, but was sold by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty.

2.  101 Cotswold Rd, Baltimore, MD 21210. $2,600,000. This is large Homeland home with 4,539 square feet above grade. This Homeland house has four bedrooms, four full, and one half bath with an in-ground pool on 1.59 acre. It was not listed in the MLS, but was sold by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.

3.  675 President St #2904, Baltimore, MD 21202. $2,330,000. This Harbor East condo in the Vue Condominiums has 5,071 square feet of living space. It is a two-story penthouse with four bedrooms, three full and one half bath with a private 47’ x 28’ terrace and three deeded garage parking spaces. It was listed and sold by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.

4. 300 International Dr #2402, Baltimore, MD 21202. $2,300,000.  This Inner Harbor condo is located in the Four Seasons Private Residences. This Four Seasons condo has two bedrooms, two full and one half bath in approximately 2,545 square feet. It was not listed, but was sold by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.

5. 1021 Binney St, Baltimore, MD 21224. $2,000,000. This Canton custom home has six bedrooms, six full baths and two half baths with approximately 6,588 square feet above grade. It was listed by Revol Real Estate, LLC and sold by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty.
