There were 2,597 closed home sales in Baltimore in September, a 6.5% increase over the 2,438 that changed hands last September.

The median sold price was $400,000, which was a slight increase of 0.5% from the $397,855 volume that sold in September 2024.

Median days on market was 16, up from 11 days last year at this point.

Pending home sales were down to 2,763, down 3.1% from 2,852 last September.

New listings were up 6.1% to 3,055 from 2,879.
