Beginning on page 24 of the Bright MLS real estate report 01/25/2026, the Baltimore real estate data shows the following:

In the Baltimore real estate market, new listings were down from last week. New listings were down 3.9% from last week, but up 30.4% from this time last year.

New pending sales from 1/19-25 were up from last week. They stayed above 2025 numbers. New pending sales were up 2.6% from last report, and up 12.5% from this time in 2025.

The median number of days for a home to receive an acceptable contract came in at 38 days.

The weekly median list price rose last week, up 4.0% from the prior week. It stayed below 2025 numbers this week, with a 4.0% decrease.
