Baltimore real estate market trends are generally published weekly by the Bright MLS system. Here is the Baltimore real estate update for the week ending January 4, 2026. Bright had not published an update since December 14, 2025.

Beginning on page 24 of the Bright MLS real estate report 01/04/2026, the Baltimore real estate data shows the following:

In the Baltimore real estate market, new listings were up a big amount from last week. New listings were up 74.7% from last week, but down 2.1% from this time last year.

New pending sales from 12/29-1/4 were also up from last week. They rose above 2025 numbers. New pending sales were up 16.6% from last report, and up 6.8% from this time in 2025.

The median number of days for a home to receive an acceptable contract came in at 51 days.

The weekly median list price rose last week, up 7.1% from the prior week. It rose above 2025 numbers this week, with a 7.0% increase.
