Baltimore real estate market trends are collected and documented by our MLS, Bright MLS. Here is the update for the week ending March 10, 2024. There was no update for March 3, as the system apparently had technical issues, so no report was released.

Bright MLS currently covers seven states, so there is data for a number of areas.

Starting on page 18 of the Bright MLS real estate report 03/10/2024, the Baltimore real estate data shows the following:

In the Baltimore real estate market, new listings dropped slightly from last week. They stayed above 2023 numbers and remained below 2020-2022 numbers. New listings were down 1.1% from last week and up 7.3% from this time last year.

New pending sales from 3/4-10 rose, but remained below 2020-2023 numbers. New pending sales were up 9.7% from last report, but down 2.4% from this time in 2023.

The median number of days for a home to receive an acceptable contract came in at 19 days.

The weekly median list price dropped slightly, down 1.6% from last week. It rose slightly below 2023 numbers, up 0.6%, and stayed above 2019-2022 numbers.
