Baltimore real estate market trends are published by Bright MLS on a regular basis. Here is the Baltimore real estate update for the week ending May 26, 2024.

Beginning on page 24 of the Bright MLS real estate report 05/26/2024, the Baltimore real estate data shows the following:

In the Baltimore real estate market, new listings were up slightly from last week. They rose above 2023 numbers and remained below 2020-2022 numbers. New listings were up 0.6% from last week and up 9.6% from this time last year.

New pending sales from 5/19-26 rose last week, remaining below 2020-2023 numbers. New pending sales were up 10.5% from last report, and down 0.2% from this time in 2023.

The median number of days for a home to receive an acceptable contract came in at 21 days.

The weekly median list price dropped, down 9.6% from last week. It stayed above 2023 numbers this week, up 0.6%, and continued to be above 2020-2022 numbers.
