The Charles Street 12 miler run 2025 is scheduled for Saturday, August 30, 2025.

This means that Charles Street, a very busy street running from 695 in Towson through Downtown Baltimore, will be closed for a significant period of time on 8/30/2025.

The race starts with a first wave at 7:30am at The Shops at Kenilworth in Towson on Kenilworth Drive heading towards Charles Street before going along Charles Street to the Camden Yards Sports Complex between Oriole Park and M&T Banks Stadium in Downtown Baltimore.

There will be road closures and parking restrictions throughout the race area, which may begin as early as midnight on 8/30/2025, meaning overnight parking along Charles Street may not be available 8/29-30. The biggest traffic impact is expected to be from 8-10am throughout the race course. Both Towson traffic and Downtown Baltimore traffic will be affected.

Traffic delays may run into the afternoon, especially in Downtown Baltimore.
