There will be free parking in Towson to share holiday cheer Friday, December 21-Tuesday December 25, 2018.

It is a gift from Baltimore County, hoping to entice you to shop at local stores!

According to a video on the Baltimore County Government Facebook page, parking will be free at 1,735 meters around Baltimore County.

The participating meters will have red bags over them, and will say, “Seasons Greetings.” Parking will be limited to two hours.

The limited free parking will not just be in Towson, but Stoneleigh, Parkville, Catonsville, Arbutus, Pikesville, Essex, Overleigh and Dundalk meters will be part of this as well.
