I’m pleased to introduce David Kramer, legal counsel to Castle Title, as a current and future guest blogger here on my site.
David will be blogging about title issues, title questions, and other title related Baltimore real estate issues.
David graduated from The American University before receiving his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. While in private practice as a litigator, David returned to school and received a Master of Laws in Securities and Financial Regulation from the Georgetown University School of Law. Following a challenging career as a securities litigator, he changed his professional focus to concentrate exclusively on real estate so that he could be more integrally involved with his clients’ individual needs and focus his attention on a solutions-based practice. The transition from litigator to business owner has ultimately proved to be both easy and fortuitous as David immensely enjoys using his legal and professional skills in an environment dedicated towards positive client outcomes.
David’s office is located in the Galleria on York Road in Lutherville, but his settlement officers travel all over Maryland for settlement.
