Heights at Hunt Valley is a new 55+ community being built by Lennar Homes in Sparks, MD.
**UPDATE – February 13, 2026 – Lennar has begun construction! As of 2/13/26, there are eight available homesites. Prices appear to begin around $788,000 for a Hamlin model, which is 1,477 sqft with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, $769,000 for a Bailey model with 1,381 sqft and 2 bedrooms 2 baths, Lafayette models start from $830,990, $868,590, $866,390, $893,990, $912,890 with three bedrooms and two baths and 2,160 sqft, Jefferson models from $824,990 and $926,690 with three bedrooms, two full and one half bath and 2,128, 2,157, or 2,172 sqft. Comprised of 52 townhomes and an assisted-living facility, this Sparks community will be situated on 31 acres about one mile north of Hunt Valley Towne Centre.
The Heights at Hunt Valley is said to offer four different villa townhome designs. These villas will range from approximately 2,100 to 3,200 square feet, with both one and two story floor plans.
As of this posting, The Heights at Hunt Valley is still in the planning stage. The development companies distributed a press release on February 27, 2025.
Lennar Homes is expected to begin sales in Spring 2026.

What are the prices
Good question! We have been trying to get answers on this since the community was announced with no luck. They may be waiting to see what the market does before coming up with starting prices closer to the time of the beginning of construction.
