The Kennedy Krieger Festival of Trees 2019  is November 29-December 1!

Hours are Friday & Saturday from 10am-9pm, and Sunday from 10am-6pm.

This year, tickets are $16 for Adults, and $10 for Seniors, and $7 for Children ages 5-12. (Children 4 and under are free.) Tickets can be purchased at the door, but if you buy in advance (through Thursday, November 28) through this link on their site, you can save $2 on each adult ticket, and $1 on childrens tickets. This year you can print them out and bring them with you! If you aren’t able to pre-order, you can print a $1 coupon from their site and bring it to the box office! (Note, you will need one coupon for each discounted ticket.)

For a second year, there is Breakfast with Santa on Sunday morning from 8:00-10:00am. Tickets for that event are $35 for adults, Children aged 3 – 12 are also $35, Children aged 2 & under are free, but must sit on an adult’s lap for the breakfast.
A Family 4-pack is $120. These prices INCLUDE all day admission on Sunday for the Festival, and children aged 12 and under will receive a special gift from Santa, unlimited train and carousel rides, and access to the fun house.

For the rest of the days/event: Most of the games & activities for children require tickets or a wrist band and if you have kids, once they see them, they will want to play them. Prices/ticket requirements for the SantaLand activities, per the site:

SantaLand Activity Ticket Prices (Red Activity Tickets are $1 each) are as follows:

1 Red Ticket: Carnival Games
2 Red Tickets: Arts & Crafts, Carousel, Train Ride and Fun House
3 Red Tickets: Remote Control Race Track and Simulator Ride
$5 Green Ticket: 1 Pony Ride
$10 Wristband: Unlimited Carousel, Train, Boat Ride and Fun House

Get red tickets if your kids will want to do the remote control race track or play the carnival games.

The popular group Milkshake is scheduled to perform multiple times on Friday, so expect the main stage and through area to be busy at those times.

What else is there at the Kennedy Krieger Festival of Trees? The trees! Beautifully decorated trees (which are for sale – but tend to go quickly, so if you want one, jump on it!) and gingerbread houses to admire and potentially purchase.

The shopping area has an incredible amount of unique items and gifts for you to browse and buy.

Kids can visit Santa, and share with him their gift wishes!

One tip — lunchtime in the eating area gets very, very crowded. If you can, plan to get food a little early, and grab some seats at a table.

All in all, this is a fun event every year, and it benefits the Kennedy Krieger Institute and the many families the organization helps.

Come enjoy a lovely Winter Wonderland right in Timonium.
