Preserve at Fallowfields is Lutherville new construction most likely to be started in mid-2015. *Update 2019, the community name has changed to Hampton Park*
A community meeting was held at Havenwood Presbyterian Church last night, and some details were presented to the York Manor residents who may be affected by the new construction.
Currently, the plan is to have 12 new homes built on an 16 acre plot with access off Gothard Road off Margate Road. There are currently two houses there that will remain.
These will be large, luxury homes, running 3500-4500 sq ft, with prices most likely from $700,000-over $1 Million.
The builder will be Benhoff Builders, who is also the developer.
Right now, there is very limited information, as this is in the beginning stages of development.
I expect more information to come as the plans become more set, and ground breaking nears.
It is exciting to have more new construction in Lutherville!
