The total volume of Towson homes that sold in March 2020 was $3,747,500, down 57.74% from the volume of $8,867,090 we saw last March. It was also down from the volume of $6,532,900 we saw in Towson 21204 Home Sales February 2020.
Ten homes in 21204 sold in March, seven less than last year at the same time. The average sales price for the 10 homes that settled was $368,980, which is a decrease of 29.26% from last March, when the average was $521,594.
Two Towson homes sold within the first 10 days on the market, and another one in 11-20 days.
Twenty-seven homes in 21204 came on the market in March, and 20 went under contract. There were a total of 38 homes for sale in 21204 at the end of March.
