Towson 21204 home sales in October were up very slightly from October 2015.

The total volume of Towson homes that sold in October 2016 was $7,480,425, up 4.92% from the $7,129,650 that sold in October 2015. It is down a lot from the volume of $13,723,700 that we saw in Towson 21204 Home Sales September 2016.
