Towson Row is a new development announced on June 19, 2013.

It is slated to begin development in 2015.

According to the news release by Baltimore County, Towson Row will have:

“About 200,000 square feet of Class A office space
350 luxury high rise apartments and condominiums
Over 1,000 garage parking spaces
200 limited service and extended stay hotel rooms
300 quality student housing units

Caves Valley Partners is the group behind the $300 Million development. Caves Valley Partners is a team of Baltimore County-based developers who recently completed the Towson City Center, which was the old Investment Building, and was completely redone and is now fully leased.
