Baltimore County’s most expensive home sales in 2025 were found north of the city, with the most expensive found in Lutherville-Timonium.

The five highest home sales in Baltimore County in 2025, according to Bright MLS, our local multiple listing system, were:

1. 6 Cervo Ct, Lutherville Timonium, MD 21093. $6,700,000. This brand new home in the Castanea Estates community in Timonium showcases over 10,000 square feet above grade and another approximately 4,000 square feet of finished space in the lower level. It is located on just over 2.2 acres in the gated community in the Castanea Estates neighborhood. This home has five bedrooms, five full, and one half bath. Named “Le Chateau,” it has a Savaria Vuelift glass elevator, along with beautiful touches and details. It was listed by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Next Step Realty.

2. 1412 Gerber Ln, Sparks Glencoe, MD 21152. $5,900,000.  Located on 13.38 acres in Sparks, Maryland, this home has an estimated 12,241 sqft above grade and 3,800 in the lower level. This home has seven bedrooms, seven full and one half bath. It was listed by Krauss Real Brokerage and bought by an unrepresented buyer.

3. 1113 Castanea Ct, Lutherville Timonium, MD 21093. $5,650,000. This Castanea Estates home has about 9,000 finished sqft above grade and about 3,000 sqft of finished space in the lower level. It has six bedrooms, seven full and one half bath. It is on 2.04 acres and was built in 2020. It was listed by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty and bought by an unrepresented buyer.

4. 2203 Pine Hill Farms Ln, Cockeysville, MD 21030. $5,250,000.  This home has seven bedrooms, seven full and two half baths on a 35.34-acre lot in the Pine Hill Farms neighborhood. It was built in 1999 with 8,501 sqft above grade. It was listed by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Hubble Bisbee Christie’s International Real Estate.

5. 1540 Belfast Rd, Sparks, MD 21152. $5,000,000. This is an 80 acre estate in Sparks, Maryland. This home has 14,287 finished sqft above grade, five bedrooms, five full and one half bath. There is a main house, a cottage, a tenant house, and a barn complex along with over 40 acres of fenced pastures and tillable fields. It was listed by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty and sold by Northrop Realty.

These were the five highest MLS-recorded home sales in Baltimore County in 2025.
