Baltimore real estate market trends are published weekly by Bright MLS. Here is the Baltimore real estate update for the week ending June 16, 2024.

Beginning on page 22 of the Bright MLS real estate report 06/16/2024, the Baltimore real estate data shows the following:

In the Baltimore real estate market, new listings were down from last week. New listings were down 14.7% from last week, but up 2.4% from this time last year.

New pending sales from 6/9-16 rose, rising above 2023 numbers but remaining below 2020-2022 numbers. New pending sales were up 2.9% from last report, and up 2.0% from this time in 2023.

The median number of days for a home to receive an acceptable contract came in at 20 days.

The weekly median list price dropped very slightly, down 0.2% from last week. It stayed above 2023 numbers this week, up 5.3%.
