Beginning on page 24 of the Bright MLS real estate report 03/22/2026, the Baltimore real estate data shows the following:

In the Baltimore real estate market, new listings were down from last week. New listings were down 4.0% from last week, and down 1.5% from this time last year.

New pending sales from 3/16-22 were up from last week. They stayed below 2025 numbers. New pending sales were up 1.3% from last report, but down 4.7% from this time in 2025.

The median number of days for a home to receive an acceptable contract came in at 26 days.

The weekly median list price rose last week, up 2.6% from the prior week. It rose above 2025 numbers this week, with a 3.9% increase.
