Baltimore real estate market trends are published weekly by the Bright MLS system. Here is the Baltimore real estate update for the week ending November 24, 2024.

Beginning on page 24 of the Bright MLS real estate report 11/24/2024, the Baltimore real estate data shows the following:

In the Baltimore real estate market, new listings were down from last week. New listings were down 6.21% from last week, but were up 62.2% from this time last year. A huge increase over last year!

New pending sales from 11/18-24 were down slightly from last week, staying above 2023 numbers and remaining below 2020-2021 numbers. New pending sales were down 1.8% from last report, but up 35% from this time in 2023, another large increase over 2023.

The median number of days for a home to receive an acceptable contract came in at 29 days.

The weekly median list price dropped last week, down 2.9% from last week. It fell below 2023 numbers this week, also down 2.9%.
