Beginning on page 24 of the Bright MLS real estate report 10/12/2025, the Baltimore real estate data shows the following:

In the Baltimore real estate market, new listings were down from last week. New listings were down 5.3% from last week, but up 1.9% from this time last year.

New pending sales from 10/6-12 were up from last week. They stayed below 2024 numbers. New pending sales were up 4.4% from last report, but down 1.8% from this time in 2024.

The median number of days for a home to receive an acceptable contract came in at 32 days.

The weekly median list price dropped last week, down 4.6% from last week. It stayed at 2024 numbers this week, with a 0.0% difference.
