Baltimore real estate market trends are published weekly by Bright MLS. Here is the Baltimore real estate update for the week ending August 25, 2024.

Beginning on page 24 of the Bright MLS real estate report 09/01/2024, the Baltimore real estate data shows the following:

In the Baltimore real estate market, new listings were up slightly from last week. New listings were up 0.4% from last week, and up 5.6% from this time last year.

New pending sales from 8/26-9/1 fell from last week, staying slightly above 2023 numbers and remaining below 2020-2022 numbers. New pending sales were down 1.6% from last report, and up 5.1% from this time in 2023.

The median number of days for a home to receive an acceptable contract came in at 26 days.

The weekly median list price rose last week, up 6.5% from last week. It stayed above 2023 numbers this week, up 5.3%.
