Baltimore real estate market trends are published weekly by the Bright MLS system. Here is the Baltimore real estate update for the week ending September 8, 2024.

Beginning on page 24 of the Bright MLS real estate report 09/08/2024, the Baltimore real estate data shows the following:

In the Baltimore real estate market, new listings were down from last week. New listings were down 4.6% from last week, but up 2.0% from this time last year.

New pending sales from 9/2-9/8 fell from last week, falling below 2023 numbers and remaining below 2020-2022 numbers. New pending sales were down 10.5% from last report, and down 5.4% from this time in 2023.

The median number of days for a home to receive an acceptable contract came in at 27 days.

The weekly median list price dropped slightly last week, down 1.3% from last week. It stayed above 2023 numbers this week, up 4.3%.
