Hoes Heights in Baltimore, Maryland is a lovely place to live! Located in Baltimore City, this neighborhood is an area with deep history.

I recently sold a Hoes Heights home in Baltimore.

Hoes Heights is an historically significant neighborhood. Hoes Heights is named for Grandison Hoe, who was a freed slave in Antebellum Baltimore. Grandison Hoe owned and operated a farm on the grounds. Hoes Heights is an Historic Black Neighborhood.

The Maryland Center for History and Culture’s website has a good description of the Hoes Heights history, as does the Hoe’s Heights Action Committee’s site.

The Hoes Heights location adjacent to both Hampden and Roland Park was just perfect for these buyers.

This Hoes Heights home in 21211 was completely redone a few years ago. It has three bedrooms, two full baths and one half bath, a gorgeous kitchen, and gorgeous hardwood floors.

I am thankful for the trust and confidence my clients place in me!
