Hunt Valley home sales in April 2017 were up from last April.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in April was $9,455,900, up 25.39% from the $7,541,000 volume we saw in April 2016.

It is continuation of the rise over last year, like the $9,639,100 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales March 2017.

The average sales price was also up, +19.12% to $472,795 from $396,895 last April.

Twenty Hunt Valley homes sold in April, one more than last April.

It took an average of 77 days for those 20 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, four more days on average than the same time last year. One home sold before it came on the market, eight more sold in less than 10 days on the market, and two more within 20 days.

There were a total of 74 homes for sale in 21030 in April. Fifty-two homes came on the market last month, while 43 went under contract.
